We are wrapping up the Dreamweaver class, and the last lesson is dealing with frames. I personally am not fond of frames as a web user, but it's good to know in case we ever need to design a site with frames. Piper gave me a Web Monkey link which should help make frame designing a bit clearer. Also, this w3.org article sheds some light on the basic frame tags.
I've tried copying and pasting both of these articles, but the frame tags were not accepted in the Blogger configuration. Hopefully, these links won't be obsolete for a long long time. But then again, hopefully we won't have to use frames much going forward.
